Our mission
To make digital payments open to everyone, safe by default, and worth something back — through technology that clears fast, security that holds, and a support desk that actually answers.
It began with a small, specific irritation: recharges in local shops took too long and failed too often. Fixing that properly turned into everything below.
We built the routing core that sends a recharge to the right operator and answers back fast. Mobile top-ups went live first, through retail counters across the district.
Registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as Anpay Ventures Private Limited — the structure needed to hold customer money responsibly, sign directly with billers, and be answerable for it.
Satellite television and utility billers joined the platform, and Anpay Coins arrived — the reward that turns an ordinary bill payment into something you get a little back from.
The Bharat Connect hub went live, and with it flights, hotels, intercity buses, credit card bills and gift cards. Enterprise partners began building on our API.
To make digital payments open to everyone, safe by default, and worth something back — through technology that clears fast, security that holds, and a support desk that actually answers.
To be the digital commerce platform India trusts by habit — known for being reliable when it matters, simple enough for anyone, and squarely on the customer's side.
Certifications are the floor, not the achievement. What matters day to day is what runs behind every transaction.
Your details are encrypted in transit and at rest. Card data is tokenised, so we never hold the number itself.
Velocity checks and pattern rules run on every transaction, not overnight in a batch. Anything unusual is held before it settles.
When a gateway slows down, the next one takes the transaction. Failover is automatic, so a partner's bad afternoon is not yours.
Every admin action is logged against a person and a time. When something needs explaining, there is a record to explain it with.
Sets the product direction and the technical standard, and signs off on how customer money is handled.
"A payment app earns trust in the ten seconds after something goes wrong. That is the part we build for."
Anpay started because recharges in local shops were slow and unreliable, and that seemed fixable. Building the fix properly meant learning what it actually takes to move other people's money: direct biller connections, a second route for when the first one fails, and a support desk that picks up.
The company was incorporated in 2024 to be able to do that answerably — under the Companies Act, with the compliance and the accountability that comes with it.
Pay something you were going to pay anyway. If it clears fast and the coins land, you will know everything above is true.
